Series Preview:
Riding a four-game winning streak, the Truman Baseball team will take their final conference road trip of the season out to Hays, Kan. to face the Fort Hays State Tigers this weekend. The series will kickoff on Friday night at 6:00 p.m.

Senior Devon Myers is poised to become Truman's all-time hit king as he sits just seven away from Patrick Hardin's record of 191 and is two behind Mike Kubinski's and Keaton Jones 186 hit total. Myers has hit safely in his last six games and has raised his season batting average from .260 to .306 during that stretch.
Fellow senior Steven Rose has been the hottest hitter over the past 11 games as he is hitting .375 and had a team-best 13-game hitting streak recently snapped. In all, six hitters in the line-up have hit over .300 during the past 11.

Lewick leads the Tigers' staff with a 3.53 ERA in seven starts.
Tim Lee became the latest Bulldog pitcher to toss a complete-game shutout as he four-hit Southwest Baptist on Saturday in a 1-0 Truman win. Lee has picked up wins in his last two appearances and has not allowed a run. His season ERA is second at 3.68 behind Bret Gerstner's 2.88.
The Tigers split a pair with Washburn on Tuesday by scores of 5-2 (W) and 9-2 (L) and swept Pittsburg State at home last weekend by outscoring the Gorillas 37-14.
