KIRKSVILLE, Mo. - The Truman men's soccer team dropped its 2016 regular season finale on Wednesday night to Quincy by a score of 2-0 inside Legends Stadium.
The Bulldogs finished the season with an overall record of 6-7-4, including a 4-7-3 mark in the GLVC, while the Hawks improved to 11-4-2 on the season and 9-4-2 in league play. The home team led its visitors in total shots (16-3), shots on goal (8-2) and corner kicks (7-2).
Truman's three shots came from
Michael Ruzicka (two on goal) and
Craig McLaurine. In goal,
Zac Suazo made five saves on 15 shots faced. Quincy's goals were scored by Pete Condol in the 17th minute (sixth of the year) and Jordan Stephens in the 59th minute (fourth).
