Truman Baseball Park Recognized For Excellence

KIRKSVILLE, Mo. – The Truman Baseball Park was awarded the American Baseball Coaches Association/Turface Athletics Field Maintenance Award for the 2018-19 season.

Presented by Turface Athletics and the ABCA since 1995, the Field Maintenance Award winners receive a plaque recognizing excellence in field maintenance, plus one ton of Turface MVP conditioner and $400 on equipment from Turface Athletics.

Truman was the college division winner of the award while Fellowship Christian School and Heard Count School in Georgia were the high school winners.

Head coach Dan Davis and the program will be recognized by the ABCA in their clinic hall during the upcoming convention on Saturday, January 5, 2019.
