Columbia, Mo.—The Truman women's swimming team competed against nine other schools from across the state today on the campus of the University of Missouri in their first action of the season. The meet included Division I schools including the hosts, Missouri State and St. Louis University. Truman totaled 189.5 points on the day, ahead of Washington-St. Louis and three conference rivals.
Emma Brabham placed 8th out of 59 in the 50 yard freestyle to earn 13 points. Maggie Hickey got seventh in the 100 yard butterfly to earn 14 points with a finals time of 58.53.
