KIRKSVILLE, Mo. – Rare visitors from the west made the trek to Kirksville to face the Truman Men's Tennis Team. The University of California San Diego Tritons downed the Bulldogs 8-0 on Wednesday afternoon.

The Tritons, who are coached by Truman graduate and former player, Todd Willing, swept the three doubles matches by scores of 6-1, 6-2 and 6-1 to earn the first team point of the day. They then took all six singles matches in straight sets for the 7-0 win.

Truman has altered their schedule for the upcoming weekend due to anticipated rain on Friday and Saturday. They will now host William Jewell on Sunday at 11 and Rockhurst at noon on Monday.
