RECAP: Truman Track Scores Team Title; 2nd Place Finish In Debut

RESULTS

FAYETTE, Mo. – The Truman Track & Field teams returned to action for the first time in over a year as they began their outdoor season at the Central Methodist University Open.

The Bulldog men took the team title with 118 points over second place Central Methodist and Lincoln University with both scoring 109 points.

The Truman women scored 91 points to finish in second place in the team standings behind Lincoln University (129 points). Host Central Methodist was third with 87 and Mid-America Nazarene was fourth with 52.

Next up will be the Viking Relays hosted by Grand View (Iowa) University on Friday in Des Moines.
