Truman's Shutout Streak Ends Against Maryville

KIRKSVILLE, Mo. - The Truman Women's soccer team lost their first game of the 2022 season to Maryville University 3-0.

Truman's seven-game shutout streak came to an end against the Saints, allowing three goals in the first half.

Lexi Gentry, Erin Barnes, and Ashlyne Hunt scored for Maryville, and the Bulldogs were unable to respond.

Kristen Weber, Jessica Kozol, Grace Wolford, and Hanna Ritter all had shots on goal for Truman but had no luck getting them in the net.

The Bulldog women play next against University of Missouri - St. Louis, Sunday, September 25, at noon.
