KIRKSVILLE, Mo. - The Truman Women's soccer team drew for the fifth time this season against University of Missouri - St. Louis 1-1.

Casey Hansen got Truman on the board 53:13 into the game with a beautiful goal. Truman sent the ball into the box a corner, a Bulldog got a head on the ball but the UMSL goalie deflected it into the air. A Triton defender tried to clear the deflected ball with a header but Hansen was in the right place, at the right time and nailed a perfect volley over the UMSL goalkeeper.

The Triton's Mia Milazzo brought the score even with a goal 57:22 into the game.

UMSL had six more shots on goal than Truman, but the score came out even.

Jessica Kozol and Gianna Gorman recorded the other two shots on goal for the Bulldogs.

Women's soccer travels to Illinois to take on McKendree University on Friday, September 30, at 5:00 p.m
