KIRKSVILLE, Mo. - Truman State volleyball fell 3-1 to No. 3 Missouri - St. Louis in Pershing Arena on Saturday.
The Tritons of UMSL took the first two sets 25-13 and 15-17 before Truman took set three 25-23. UMSL won the fourth and final set 25-11.
Truman had 51 points, 42 kills, two aces, seven blocks, and 42 digs in the match.
Allison Beaton and Jessica Proszenyak both had 14 kills, with Beaton hitting .500. Dani Kurth had six and Jessie Julius had five.
Emma Baierl had all but three assists with 32, also recording her second blocked shot on the season.
Lexi Arnel led the team in digs with 13, followed by Jessie Julius with eight, Baierl with six, Proszenyak with five, and Molly McGurn with four.
Truman is now 12-12 overall and 2-7 in the GLVC.
The Bulldogs play next at Lewis on Friday, November 3rd, at 6 p.m.
