CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - In the first of two exhibition games against Division I teams, the Truman State Women's Basketball team was defeated 121-60 by #23-ranked the University of Illinois on Monday night at the State Farm Center. The Bulldogs will play at Iowa State on Wednesday night.
A pair of freshmen led the Bulldogs in scoring with Molly Joyce scoring 18 points and Lexie White adding 14.Â
The Bulldogs shot nearly 40% from the field with seven three-pointers on the night.Â
