KIRKSVILLE, Mo. - The Truman Women's Soccer team ran their unbeaten streak to five straight as freshman Quinn Naumann scored her first collegiate goal midway through the second half in a 1-0 Bulldog victory over Illinois Springfield on Sunday.

Naumann received a pass from Emma Thompson and put the ball into the left corner of the net. It was Thompson's team-leading third helper of the year.

Tatum Damron was tested late as the Prairie Stars pressed for the equalizer. Damron stopped all six UIS shots on goal for second straight shutout and fourth of the season.

The Bulldogs are now 3-2-3 overall and 2-0-1 in league play with a trip to Southwest Baptist and Drury next weekend.
