Kenosha, Wis. — The Truman State cross country teams wrapped up their 2025 season at the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional Championships, hosted at the Dannehl Cross Country Course in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The Bulldog women placed 15th of 32 teams, powered by a tightly packed top five that continued their strong postseason trend. Senior Cora Stimpson and junior McKenna Ledgerwood led the way with back-to-back finishes just outside the top 60, while Clare Stahr, Anna Ripley, and Phoebe Canatsey kept the scoring group within 45 seconds.
On the men's side, Truman finished 26th of 30 teams. Senior Jake Gutzman closed his Bulldog career by leading the team once again, running a personal best 10K in his final cross country race. Junior Nolan Meara and freshman Evan Wilke provided the next scoring positions, with the remaining four Bulldogs rounding out a complete seven-man squad at the regional meet.
