Youth Skills Camp
June 15-18 | Grades 3-8
The 2026 Youth Skills Camp is the perfect starting point for young players looking to grow their game. Held at the Recreation Center (100 E. Normal), campers in grades 3 through 8 will receive hands-on instruction from Truman WBB players and coaching staff. Drills and skill development are broken down to their most fundamental levels, pushing each player to improve while deepening their love for the game. Walk-ups are welcome.
Three participation options are available to fit every schedule and need:
Half Day (9:00am-12:00pm) costs $165 ($150 + $15 fees) and includes a camp t-shirt and instruction from Truman WBB players and staff.
Commuter (9:00am-4:00pm) costs $270 ($250 + $20 fees) and includes everything in the half-day option plus lunch every day and a pizza/beach party on the final day.
Residential (9:00am-4:00pm) costs $375 ($350 + $25 fees) and includes instruction, a camp t-shirt, three meals every day, a room in the residence hall, evening events, and a pizza/beach party on the last day.
All options offer a $20 early registration discount for those who sign up before May 1. Check-in for all sessions begins at 8:30am. Commuter and residential campers should bring swim attire for the beach party. A camp store with snacks and drinks will be available, so campers are encouraged to bring a small amount of spending money.
Register by May 1 to guarantee your t-shirt arrives by camp.

Team Camp
June 19-20 | High School Teams
The Team Camp at Pershing Arena (1300 S. Florence) is built for high school programs that want to test themselves against quality competition. Coaches register their team first, and players follow after team registration is complete. Teams must have a minimum of 8 players, with 8-10 players being the most effective roster size.
The two-day option includes 5 games at $323 per team ($300 + $23 fees), while the one-day option offers 3 games at $165 per team ($150 + $15 fees). Each team receives one free coach. Residential, commuter with meals, and commuter without meals options are available for both players and coaches, with pricing varying accordingly. T-shirts, meals (depending on registration type), and dorm housing for residential participants are all included.
Schedules will be released by June 1, and campers should check in at least one hour before game time. Register by May 1 to guarantee t-shirts arrive on time. Players with food allergies who are registering for meals should email Coach Briggs directly at abriggs@truman.edu.
Coaches must register before players can complete their registration.
Elite Camp
June 21 and August 16 | Grades 9-12
The Elite Camp gives high school players a chance to be challenged and evaluated directly by college coaches in a competitive setting. The June session is held at the Recreation Center, while the August session takes place at Pershing Arena. Both run from 10:30am to 5:00pm with check-in beginning at 10:00am.
Cost is $101 ($90 + $11 fees) per session. Every camper receives instruction from Truman WBB players and coaching staff, a campus tour, a camp t-shirt, and lunch. Walk-ups are welcome at both sessions.
Register by May 1 for the June camp and by July 1 for the August camp to guarantee your t-shirt arrives in time.
Guard Camp and Post Camp
August 15 | Grades 9-12 | Pershing Arena
For high school players who want position-specific development, the Guard Camp and Post Camp run back-to-back on August 15 at Pershing Arena.
The Guard Camp runs from 11:30am to 1:30pm (check-in at 11:00am), and the Post Camp follows from 2:30pm to 4:30pm (check-in at 2:00pm). Each session is $49 ($40 + $9 fees), but players who register for both camps in the same transaction save $10. Players attending both sessions should plan to bring their own lunch. Walk-ups are welcome.
All campers receive instruction from Truman WBB players and coaching staff along with a camp t-shirt. Register by July 1 to guarantee your shirt arrives by camp.
General Camp Information
All camps maintain a 2:10 staff-to-camper ratio, with players grouped by ability, age, and experience. An athletic trainer will be on-site at all sessions. Players should bring their own basketball shoes, athletic clothing, and accessories, though they do not need to bring their own ball.
Per NCAA regulations, all Truman State WBB camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender.
