2011: (Junior Season) Named to MIAA Academic Honor Roll…started and played in 46 games during the season…posted a .230 batting average with 38 hits and 15 RBI’s…hit 3 RBI’s in two games (Southwest Baptist University on April 1^st and Pittsburg State University on April 22^nd)...tied for first on the team with two triples.
 
2010: (Sophomore Season) Carrying a .295 batting average from the heart of the line-up, he started in all 53 of the teams contests at shortstop…led the team in at-bats with 183…second on the team with 25 RBI’s and had the team high 17 multi-hit games…set a season high all-time record of 161 assists.
 
2009: (Freshman Season) As a true freshman, started 49 of 50 games played and hit .291 for the season…ranked third on the team in number of at-bats and fourth in average…13 of his 48 total hits went for extra bases – including a team-best three triples – to help piece together a .412 slugging percentage…stole five bases and posted a .941 fielding percentage as the team’s everyday shortstop…hit better than .300 against lefties and went 7-for-10 in driving in a runner from third with less than two outs. ??
 
High School: A graduate of Francis Howell Central High School, is originally from St. Peter’s, Mo., and was a member of the National Honor Society…hit .376 as a junior with seven doubles, three triples and 13 RBI and was named an academic all-conference selection for football, basketball and baseball three years in a row. ??
 
Personal: Born Aug. 6, 1990...the son of Scott and Jill Rose…is studying Pre-Business Administration.
