2010-11 (Freshman Season): Was one of just four players on the team to play in all 26 games, earning three starts … averaged 16.8 minutes per game and shot 46% from the floor in scoring 4.8 points per contest … Hit 12 three-pointers and was an 86% free throw shooter, making 30-of-35 … scored a season-high 18 points against SBU on Feb. 5, missing just one shot on the day by going 1-for-1 in 2FGs, 2-for-3 in 3FGs and 10-for-10 in FTs … also added a season-best six rebounds in that game … scored 17 points at MWSU on Feb. 19 … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
High School: Was a four-year starter and letterwinner at Parkway West High School under head coach Bill Sodemann, a member of the Missouri Basketball Hall of Fame … a key piece of a two-time state quarterfinalist squad both in 2009 and 2010 … a four-time first-team all-Suburban South conference player and a three-time Ameritime all-tournament team honoree … named all-district twice … finished third in school’s career scoring with 1,281 career points and was school leader in free throw percentage at 83.4% … averaged 14.5 points and 3.2 rebounds per game as a senior and shot 86% from the charity stripe in his final season.
