Biography
Truman:
2023 (Sophomore): Made 12 appearances with seven starts...threw 35.2 innings with a 9.08 ERA and 2.07 WHIP...struck out 26 batters and allowed 15 walks...had season high five strikeouts against Illinois Springfield on 4/28/23
2022 (Freshman): Thew 18.2 innings, striking out eight batters....made 11 appearances with a 6.27 ERA...gave up 13 runs, six additional unearned
High School: Member of National Honor Society, FCA, graduated with Honors and High Distinction. Also very active in the community serving as an usher in his church, part of a mentor program for freshmen as an upperclassman in high school, worked with Gotch Leadership Academy for at risk youth. Played club with BTL Hornets/Saint Louis Naturals. He lettered twice in baseball, and in his senior year he had a 2.4 ERA with over 46 IP and was named All Conference.
Personal: Son of Dean and Erica Eggerding...plans to major in business...has a younger sister and younger brother
