Truman State University Athletics

2025: Named Second Team All-GLVC and CSC Academic All-District. Started all 15 matches in 2025, totaling 1,122 minutes. He led the Bulldogs with 7 goals and added 2 assists, finishing with 16 points. Panagos attempted 28 shots with 16 on target, posting a shot-on-goal percentage of 0.571. His standout performance came against Illinois Springfield where he scored twice and added an assist. He also converted 3 of 4 penalty attempts during the season. Panagos’ attacking production made him Truman’s most dangerous offensive weapon.

2024: Totaled 1,117 minutes played with 12 starts in 13 matches...seven points and three goals both tied for team lead...paced team in shots on goal (13) and total shots (28)...ninth GLVC with 2.15 shots per game...scored first goal of career in the 90th minute of a 3-2 victory at Upper Iowa...goal against Maryville (Mo.) narrowed the Saint lead to 2-1 in a 2-2 draw...academic all-GLVC.


High School: Member of back-to-back MCC champs… first-team all-district, all-region, and all-conference selection both seasons… first-team all-state as a senior… 24 career goals with 17 assists.
