2018: Started 15 of 16 matches with over 60 minutes per match on the pitch…only goal came in the season finale against William Jewell on October 24 when he hammered home the first goal early in the second half in a 2-0 victory…assisted on Tristyn Hasmer’s goal to give Truman a 2-1 lead against nationally ranked Indianapolis on October 12…the Bulldogs would score again a minute later and held on to win the match 3-2…was second on the team in shots taken with 21 and had eight on goal.

Started and lettered as both a junior and senior, but as a freshman and sophomore, played for the United States Soccer Developmental Academy ... scored the game-winning goal in the Class 2A State Championship game as a junior ... that same season, Stites was responsible for seven goals and four assists ... as a senior, he turned in just as many scores with three helpers ... 2016: won Waterloo High School's "Vernie Moffit" Award for Athlete of the Year, named team MVP, received First-Team All-Conference honors, Illinois High School Soccer Coaches Association All-Sectional Team, Belleville News Democrat All-Area Team, Carbondale Tournament All-Tournament Team, and Republic Times All-Area Team (2015 as well) ... in 2013, his club team, St. Louis Scott Gallagher Metro, was USA Club Soccer National Champions ... as a golfer, lettered all four years and was a varsity starter for all of them ... named Waterloo High School MVP three times, an individual sectional qualifier three times, Belleville News Democrat All-Area three times, First-Team All-Conference twice, Republic Times All-Area three times, Republic Times Athlete of the Week in 2016, and helped lead team to a conference title in 2015 ... on the tennis court, he started and lettered for three years ... took home a second-place finish at the Freshman/Sophomore Tournament in 2014 ... named Second-Team All-Conference in 2016 ... was an Illinois High School State Qualifier for doubles in 2016 ... won an Academic Letter in 2014.
