INDIANAPOLIS - - The Truman men's soccer team earned a road draw on Friday night, finishing with a 1-1 score at the University of Indianapolis in GLVC action at UIndy's Key Stadium.

The Bulldogs (4-2-1, 2-2-1 GLVC) picked up one point in the league standings against the Greyhounds (4-1-2, 3-0-2), who entered as part of a three-team tie atop the conference. Nick Tolmais gave Truman an early lead, converting less than seven minutes into the match for his team-leading sixth tally of the season.

Truman battled UIndy evenly the rest of the first half, but the 'Hounds found a way to tie the score just more than a minute into the second frame. From there, neither team could score in the remainder of regulation or two overtime sessions.

UIndy out-shot the 'Dogs 16-6 on the night, with Bulldog keeper Drew Garrone making four saves in 110 minutes of work.

The Bulldogs return to the field on Sunday afternoon, when the squad visits St. Joseph's College (2-4-1, 1-4 GLVC) at 2:30 pm in Rensselaer, Ind.
