SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - Bulldogs baseball lost a Saturday doubleheader at Drury on Saturday 10-0 and 5-0
Game One:
The Panthers of Drury got off to a quick start, scoring two runs in the first inning. Drury went on to score seven in the fourth and another in the sixth.
Three Bulldogs recorded hits in the game, with Tal Dean going 1-3, Tyler Tieman going 1-2, and Grant Beck going 1-2.
Game Two:
The Panthers scored five runs in seven innings in the second game.
Truman was shutout and recorded only two hits.
Tal Dean had another hit in three chances and Dakota Spicer also had a hit.
Isaac Epp threw 5.0 innings, allowing five runs with four being earned. He gave up seven hits and struck out five.
Alex Leary threw an innings, striking out one.
Truman and Drury wrap up the series Sunday, April 16th, at Noon.
