RESULTS
ROCHESTER, Minn. - The Truman State Swimming teams headed north for a quadrangular meet with Wisconsin-LaCrosse, St. Cloud (Minn.) State and Minnesota State Mankato over the weekend.
Emily Truabe took first place in both the 50 and 100 free swims. She was the only competitor out of 20 to break 24 seconds (23.89) in the 50 free then swam 52.25 in the 100.
Meg Heveroh claimed the longest race of the meet as she clocked 5:15.33 in the 500-yard free. She placed second in the 200 free swimming 1:58.69.
A.J. Kohler finished first, second and third in three events. He took top honors in the 200 free with a time of 1:42.15, second in the 100 fly (50.56) and third in the 50 free (21.45).
Other top swimmers for the Bulldogs included Chloe Myers with a fourth in the 200-yard breast and a fifth in the 100-yard breast. Cameron Lee with a fourth in the men's 100 breast and fifth in the 100 fly. Eli Springvloed with a fourth in the 200 Fly and fifth in the 500 free, Micah Ragsdell with a fourth in the 200 breast and Jacob Wolf with fifth place finishes in the 200 back and 200 IM.
The teams will next compete at home next Saturday against Maryville (Mo.) University at 1p.m. in the Pershing Natatorium.
