RECAP: Tennis Ends Falls Season At Springfield

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Finessa Rassel won her match at number five singles and scored the lone team point for the Truman Tennis teams on Saturday in their fall schedule finale.

Rassell won 7-6, 6-3 over Illinois Springfield's Kaitlyn Thornhill but the Prairie Stars prevailed in the women's dual by an 8-1 tally. Maura Dunn won her first set at number two but lost the succeeding sets 6-4 and 10-8.

The men lost their dual to the Prairie Stars 9-0.
