RECAP: Truman Tennis Falls To Missouri-St. Louis

ST. LOUIS – The Truman Tennis Teams dropped both the men's and women's dual matches with the University of Missouri-St. Louis on Saturday.

Paul Province grabbed the lone team point for the men in an 8-1 loss to the Tritons. Province downed Nathan Pinto in straight sets at number three singles while the other singles matches went to the home team.

The Tritons were ranked sixth in the region and 44^th in the nation by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.

The women were shutout 9-0 by the undefeated UMSL squad. Lindsey Schlichting moved up to number two singles and was defeated 6-3, 6-3 by Kristine Lindal.
The number three doubles team of Lauren Jin and Maura Dunn fell 8-5.

The Tritons moved to 11-0 and 3-0 in the GLVC.
