RECAP: Truman Wrestling Competes At Simpson College's Luther Hill Invite

INDIANOLA, Iowa – Each of the four Truman Wrestlers scored a win on Saturday as they competed in the Simpson College Luther Hill Invitational.
 
Caleb Osborn lost his first match by fall, won his next by medial forfeit and dropped out of the draw with his own forfeit at 141 pounds.
 
Zach Taylor picked up a first round victory by fall over Chris Wheeler of Dakota Wesleyan in the second period but lost by tech fall and major in his next two bouts. Taylor competed in the 165-pound draw.
 
Brandon Petit dropped his first bout 15-8 but reeled off two straight wins by pin before losing 9-4 in the consolation quarters.
 
Vin Kriegshauser lost his first match via pin but scored a pin of his own at the 4:16 mark over Jonathon Juarez of Graceland. His day ended in his next match losing by decision 11-5. Both Kriegshauser and Petit were in the 184-pound bracket.
