RECAP: Central College Downs Truman Men 6-3 In Des Moines

DES MOINES – The Truman Men's Tennis team was defeated by Central (Iowa) College 6-3 at an indoor facility in Des Moines. The Bulldogs will return to action on March 3 against Grinnell (Iowa).

Paul Province and Arpit Sahoo won 8-4 in the top doubles spot over Garret Taylor and William Isiminger but the other two matches fell to the Storm 8-4 and 8-1.

Province defeated Taylor 6-3, 2-6 and 10-7 in the number one singles match and Nick Thiele was a straight set winner over Kris Weeden 6-3, 6-4 for the third team point at number four singles.
