RECAP: Wrestling Wins Final Dual Over Graceland

LAMONI, Iowa – The Truman Wrestling team spotted Graceland University the first 10 points then defeated the Yellowjackets 31-22 in the dual season finale.

Dylan Brazell won by major of Dakota Schutter to start things out and Drew Sams pinned Angelo Talabert for the 10-0 lead.

Zach Taylor received a forfeit win for Truman at 174 then Luke Komotos pinned Jonathon Juarez in the first period to put Truman on top 12-10. Sam Reeves pinned DeMarco Mosley at 197 and Ashton Mutuwa won 11-2 at 285 to extend Truman's lead to 22-10.

A forfeit at 125 closed the margin down to six points.

Caleb Osborn won by fall over Cartland Allen and Nick Peglow took a 3-2 decision over Wesley Russum to clinch the match for the Bulldogs.

Truman will compete on Saturday at the Central College Open.
