Following the action, coach Jerod Simek said "The bulldogs raced very well with some sore legs and off races. We've really tried to hit the legs hard this week staying on track of our season plan going into the Mizzou Invite in a month and GLVC's being about 3 and a half months away. With their legs being so sore we really tried to work our tempo this week and I think we are seeing that show in the way we were able to get going on some of our sprints today. We've still got some things to clean up before Mizzou but our bulldogs finished out the hard month of training with a strong statement and performance in today's meet!"
The Bulldogs will be in action next in St. Louis as they take on Maryville and Missouri-St. Louis in the UMSL tri-meet on November 8-9.
