HAMMOND, Ind. - Truman State volleyball picked up their 10th win of the season against Kentucky Wesleyan in the first day of the Midwest Region Crossover.
Truman State took sets one, three, and four with scores of 27-25, 25-12, and 28-26. Wesleyan won their lone set 25-23.
Hanna Berry and Allison Beaton led the Bulldogs in kills with 11 and 12, followed by Jessie Julius with eight. Beaton hit .455 in the match.
Emma Baierl had a team-high 35 assists, and Tori Creason had six.
Berry and Beaton each had two blocked shots.
Jessica Proszenyak had 12 digs, Lexi Arnel had 11, and Emma Baierl had 10..
Proszenyak had nine aces in the game and Baierl had three.
The Bulldogs play Lake Erie College at 9 a.m. and Ursuline College at 4:30 p.m. to finish up play in the Midwest Region Crossover.
