KIRKSVILLE, Mo. – Truman State men's soccer will open the 2026 season under the lights at Stokes Stadium before beginning a competitive Great Lakes Valley Conference slate that features nine regular season home matches in Kirksville.
The Bulldogs will begin the year on Thursday, Aug. 27, with a 7:30 p.m. kickoff against St. Cloud State University at Stokes Stadium as part of Student and Community Appreciation Week. Truman will then return to Bulldog Soccer Park on Tuesday, Sept. 1, for a 3 p.m. non-conference matchup with Hannibal-LaGrange University.
GLVC play opens on Saturday, Sept. 5, when the Bulldogs host Drury University at 2:30 p.m. Truman will then hit the road for its first conference away match, traveling to Kansas City to face Rockhurst University on Wednesday, Sept. 9, at 7:30 p.m.
The Bulldogs return home on Sunday, Sept. 13, for a 2:30 p.m. match against Maryville University before traveling to the University of Illinois Springfield on Wednesday, Sept. 16, for a 5:30 p.m. contest. Truman will host Lincoln University on Sunday, Sept. 20, at 2:30 p.m. as part of Family Day.
A challenging GLVC stretch follows, with Truman visiting William Jewell College on Wednesday, Sept. 23, McKendree University on Saturday, Sept. 26, University of Missouri-St. Louis on Saturday, Oct. 3, and Upper Iowa University on Wednesday, Oct. 7. During that run, the Bulldogs will also host Southwest Baptist University on Wednesday, Sept. 30, at 2:30 p.m. at Bulldog Soccer Park.
Truman will close the regular season with three of its final four matches in Kirksville. The Bulldogs host Missouri S&T on Wednesday, Oct. 14, before welcoming Lewis University on Saturday, Oct. 17, for Senior Day at Bulldog Soccer Park.
The final home match of the regular season is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 21, when Truman welcomes Quincy University to Stokes Stadium for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff. The Bulldogs then conclude the regular season on the road at the University of Indianapolis on Saturday, Oct. 24.
Postseason play is scheduled to begin Saturday, Oct. 31, with the GLVC Quarterfinals.
