CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa—The Truman Tennis team took on Coe College Sunday for their first action since the Missouri Western Invitational three weeks ago. In today's dual against Coe Truman came out on top 5-4. The Bulldogs fell into an 0-2 hole after second and third doubles dropped their matchups, but a win in first doubles retook the momentum for Truman.
With four of the six wins in singles, the Bulldogs would prevail and get the win. Kennidy Shirey pulled out a come from behind singles win after falling down 0-4 in the second set; rallied to win 6-4 and take the match. Julia Fangman took fifth singles and gave Truman its final point to take the victory.

Truman will be back in action on March 7 as they head to Elsah, Ill. to take on Missouri Baptist and Kaskaskia College.
