KIRKSVILLE, Mo.--The Truman Tennis team hosted Quincy Sunday morning in the first athletic competition of the new school year for the Bulldogs.
Kennidy Shirey picked up her first win of the season by virtue of a super tiebreaker in fifth singles (7-6, 5-7, 15-13) and
Julia Fangman won in sixth singles (2-6, 6-2, 6-0). But ultimately Quincy won the day 5-2, with four points in singles duals and a point from doubles play.
