Xavier Hall and
Kobi Williams claimed All-Conference honors for the 2024-25 season the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) announced Wednesday. Guard
Casen Lawrence was named Truman State's GLVC James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Award nominee.
Hall, who led the GLVC in assists and assists per game all season long, was named not only to the First Team but also the league's All Defensive Team leading the Bulldogs to a record of 17-11, 11-9 GLVC and a No. 6 seed in this week's 2025 GLVC Men's Basketball Championship Tournament. The junior averaged 5.7 assists per game, 13th in NCAA Division II, recording 160 total assists on the campaign, 12th in NCAA Division II. Currently ranked 22nd GLVC with 13.8 points per game, Hall ranks 18th in field goal percentage (.486), 9th in free throw percentage (.852), and 14th in steals per game (1.3).
Hall was named All Conference Second Team following his sophomore season in 2023-24.
With 14.7 points per game, currently 15th GLVC,
Kobi Williams was named All Conference Second Team while pacing the Bulldogs with 411 points scored during his sophomore season. Among league leaders, Williams ranks 19th in rebounds (5.3 per game), 14th field goal percentage (.496), 10th in free throw percentage (.846), 16th in 3-point field goals per game (1.9), 23rd in assists per game (2.3), and 24th in blocked shots per game (0.5).
Williams was the GLVC Freshman of the Year and named to the all-Freshman team following the 2023-24 season.

Casen Lawrence claimed Truman State's GLVC James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Award nomination and is now eligible to win one of Truman State's two Spalding Award Winners to be announced at the end of the academic year.
Truman State takes on No. 3 seed Upper Iowa and league Player of the Year, graduate student Nick Reid, at 2:15 p.m. Friday, March 7, in the 2025 GLVC Men's Basketball Championship Tournament in St. Charles, Mo.
